On to week 3 of #keto and I feel pretty good. There was a few hours where I wanted to cheat and have something carb loaded but Brandon helped convince me to stick to good foods. Last I knew, I was down 8lbs but I haven’t stepped on a scale in a few days. Otherwise, I have done well prepping meals so I’m not tempted to cheat! The last 2%
