After having a cheat day this week I have just felt blah. I always feel blah after eating carbs and sugar. Will power is a tough thing for me, but the benefits of keto REALLY outweighs the cheat meals. So to help me not feel so icky I’m having a protein shake instead of my usual breakfast. Happy way vanilla protein, ketones, almond milk, ice, and about 8 oz of coffee. It’s like a frap, but better for my body 🙂 what are you having for breakfast today? . .   #keto     #ketogenic &amp
